About Us
At North Italia, we create handmade Italian dishes daily—from our signature Prosciutto pizza to our house specialty Bolognese. Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch, following recipes for consistency

Apply standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices

Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and more

Portion products, follow recipes, and ensure beautiful plate presentation

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation and food handling standards
Qualifications

Preferably 2+ years of line cook or kitchen experience

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Good English communication skills
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
