Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items assigned to your station with precision. Ensure all dishes meet quality standards and are consistent with recipes. Accommodate special requests and dietary needs with care. Support sous chefs and head chef in overall kitchen operations. Dispose of spoiled food and kitchen waste responsibly. Maintain strict cleanliness and comply with all health and safety regulations. Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to management promptly.

Qualifications

A strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and commercial kitchen equipment. Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role. A passion for hospitality, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
