Key Responsibilities:

Design, maintain, and monitor security infrastructure, including Linux servers and network devices.

Implement automation tools like Ansible to optimize system management.

Monitor system performance to maximize uptime and plan for future growth.

Develop and enforce security and operational standards.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Required Qualifications:
-
BA/BS with 4+ years of Linux system administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

Hands-on experience with physical/virtual server management.

Knowledge of networking concepts, configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet), virtualization (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Ansible Tower (AWX), RHEL, CentOS, or Rocky Linux.

Knowledge of vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).

VMware expertise.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $102,000 – $112,000 (based on qualifications/experience).

10% employer contribution to retirement (vested immediately).
