Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop sales strategies for Live Sports across both U.S. and international markets.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Live Sports data, including system enhancements and requirements to improve analytics and reporting capabilities.

  • Produce detailed reports covering revenue, marketplace trends, category performance, and key metrics.

  • Build and refine models to manage advertising delivery and liability effectively.

  • Develop and implement scenario modeling tools to forecast marketplace dynamics and support strategic decision-making at the leadership level.

  • Own and maintain reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a strong focus on customer needs when resolving data issues.

  • Design efficient workflows to alert stakeholders of necessary actions based on performance data and analytical insights.

  • Support global teams by applying best practices and scaling insights across various locales and sports properties.

  • Unify reporting insights across platforms and properties through streamlined ad serving execution and consistent analytics.


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in media, digital, or linear analytics and reporting.

  • Foundational knowledge of the digital and television media ecosystem, including upfronts and agency/holding company dynamics.

  • Demonstrated success in building and developing new reports and analytical tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Comfortable working with large and complex data sets.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience gathering requirements and using data-driven insights to inform business decisions and influence stakeholders.

  • Background in building and managing automated forecasting models using statistical and regression-based methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a major media company or publisher.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and workflow tools.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, or similar platforms.

  • Self-starter with a comfort level working in ambiguous or evolving environments.

  • Ability to design innovative solutions and processes informed by customer feedback and emerging technologies.

  • Strategic thinker capable of articulating long-term needs and planning for future growth.
