About the Role
Be the face of J.P. Morgan. We’re looking for a Lobby Receptionist to join our Amenity Services team, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience. You’ll greet and support employees and guests, coordinate access and inquiries, and uphold our commitment to a high standard of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring compliance with security protocols

Manage visitor registration and access card systems

Stay informed of daily visitor schedules and events

Provide exceptional front-desk service with a flexible, can-do attitude

Handle general inquiries and direct calls professionally

Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve service issues

Attend daily operations meetings and stay up to date with events and arrivals

Proactively maintain knowledge and service standards
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in client-facing or reception roles (corporate, leisure, or hospitality)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
Ability to work a rotating shift pattern
Preferred Skills

Experience working in a five-star or premium front-of-house environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and room booking systems
