PepsiCo Delivery Driver
💲 Starting Pay: $23.20/hour (Training) | $30.20/hour (Full Rate)
Job Overview:
PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport and merchandise products for various customers, including food service locations. This role involves driving a manual transmission vehicle, delivering and stocking products, setting up promotional displays, and handling invoices and payments. Drivers interact regularly with store personnel and must be able to lift 20-45 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 150 lbs occasionally.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver products and execute promotions
✅ Stock shelves, set up displays, and merchandise products
✅ Build positive relationships with store personnel
✅ Use pallet jacks or hand trucks to unload products
Basic Qualifications:
📌 21+ years old
📌 Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (or Intrastate where applicable)
📌 Pass DOT drug test and physical
Preferred Experience:
✔ Operating trucks with a valid CDL license
✔ Following DOT regulations and maintaining documentation
✔ Merchandising products and managing inventory
✔ Using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and lift gates
📍 Pre-employment background check and drug screening required in accordance with applicable laws.
