As a Logistics Agent, you’ll play a key role in upholding site safety, managing inventory, supporting transport planning, and ensuring top-tier service across communication channels. What Makes This Logistics Agent Role Unique?
As a Logistics Agent, you’ll help maintain high compliance standards across health, safety, finance, and transport operations. You’ll manage inventory processes, support drivers with route planning, and interact directly with customers via phone and digital platforms. You’ll also manage order processing, stock receipts, and system entries using tools like SAP and Tru Tac. Your contribution will ensure smooth, accurate, and safe daily operations.
Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Agent
Inventory & Transport Control

Place and receipt orders using SAP.

Track and manage inbound/outbound stock deliveries.

Perform and record physical stock counts.

Monitor daily aborts, returns, and cancellations.

Ensure stock accuracy and raise purchase orders accordingly.
Customer Service & Admin Support

Handle calls for orders, queries, and general information.

Process refunds, credits, and cylinder refill agreements.

Prepare manifests and support drivers with route documentation.

Monitor driver activity via Telematics.

Maintain housekeeping standards and complete agency timesheets.
Skills & Experience Required for a Logistics Agent

Background in customer service or logistics administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Tru Tac.
