 Key Responsibilities for a Logistics Coordinator

What You’ll Do as a Logistics Coordinator

  • Prepare weekly stock reports and support stock management.

  • Monitor inventory levels and arrange replenishments as needed.

  • Perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.

  • Manage daily equipment lists for the builds team.

  • Handle last-minute equipment requests from clients.

  • Pack shipments daily, ensuring secure, organised deliveries.

  • Coordinate collections and deliveries while updating clients and manufacturers.

  • Track lost or damaged shipments, resolving issues promptly.

  • Maintain smooth internal stock retrieval for colleagues.

  • Monitor the Lighthouse ticket queue for timely resolutions.

  • Create internal and external reports for decision-making support.

  • Oversee goods-in email inbox for efficient response times.

 The Logistics Coordinator Role Objective

Your mission as a Logistics Coordinator is to manage stock operations efficiently, track equipment, and support client reporting. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly while looking for ways to improve processes and workflow in the Logistics Department.
