Your Mission: Lead, Coordinate, and Elevate Logistics Operations

As our Logistics Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in the daily operations of our Walkden-based logistics department, supporting the Logistics Manager and ensuring seamless stock management, safe processes, and high service levels.

You’ll lead by example in safety, accuracy, professionalism, and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

 Support daily planning and safe execution of logistics operations
 Supervise stock control, warehousing, picking/packing, and shipment processes
 Cover department leadership in the Logistics Manager’s absence
 Maintain accurate records, stock levels, and support cross-departmental coordination
 Enforce SOPs, H&S compliance, and internal security (keyholder/call-out responsibilities)
 Lead and motivate your team to hit targets and deliver on brand values
 Drive multiskilling, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
 Keep the logistics area clean, efficient, and audit-ready at all times

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or warehousing (luxury or retail industry a plus)

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in logistics operations

  • Excellent organization, delegation, and time management skills

  • Clear communicator with a strong customer service mindset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge desirable

  • Experience collaborating across internal departments and external partners
