Your Responsibilities as an LPN:

• Supervise and support the daily work of nursing assistants

• Accurately complete required documentation for admissions, discharges, and resident care updates

• Administer medications as prescribed and follow all facility protocols

• Perform daily rounds and respond to residents’ needs in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure high standards of clinical care and patient safety are consistently met

What You Bring to the Team:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license per state regulations

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Compliance with state-mandated healthcare worker background checks

• Strong technical and clinical nursing skills

• A caring, professional demeanor with a positive attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with residents, families, and team members
