What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets

Create a positive store culture focused on learning, support, recognition, and inclusion

Set clear expectations and measurable goals for your team, with regular reviews

Engage with the local community and identify opportunities to maximise local store impact

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management

Maintain store standards, ensuring a safe, legal, and welcoming environment

Communicate business performance updates and encourage ideas for improvement

Drive succession planning and personal growth opportunities within your team
What We’re Looking For

Current Store Manager or equivalent experience in a fast-paced food retail or convenience environment

A motivational leader who energises and supports their team to deliver results
-
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills under pressure

Experience managing the entire employee lifecycle (from hiring to development)

A proactive, hands-on leader who leads from the shop floor
-
Strong stakeholder and communication skills—internally and externally

Proven ability to create a supportive, inclusive, and productive workplace
