As part of our expert maintenance team, your responsibilities will include handling both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks. This role also involves compliance duties such as conducting property audits and recording essential data, including meter readings. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our iconic estate.
This full-time position requires flexibility, including early mornings, late shifts, weekends, and occasional holiday coverage. In return, we offer a competitive hourly wage of £12.50, along with outstanding benefits designed to support your well-being and career growth.
