Salary: £43,430
Shifts: Monday – Sunday (Flexible shift patterns: 6am-4pm, 9am-7pm, 11am-9pm, 8pm-6am)
Why This Maintenance Technician Role?
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll ensure maximum plant availability by performing preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and process improvements. Your work will directly enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality maintenance and breakdown repairs to ensure plant reliability
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Develop and execute a planned preventative maintenance schedule
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair work
Stay updated with the latest health, safety, and environmental regulations
What You Need:
Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent
Desirable: Additional technical qualifications
Ideal Backgrounds: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer, Maintenance Fitter
