Your Role as a Male Support Worker
- Assist individuals with personal care, daily tasks, and community activities.
- Support residents with their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored care plans.
- Manage challenging behaviors with patience and understanding.
- Help residents develop communication and life skills to promote independence.
- Provide companionship and encourage engagement in meaningful activities.
Who We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Male Support Worker or Care Assistant (preferred but not essential).
- Empathetic, compassionate, and patient personality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to individual needs.
- Willingness to assist with personal hygiene care.
- A valid UK driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (Skilled Worker Visa and 20-hour Student Visa applications cannot be accepted).
