Role Overview: Male Support Worker
As a Male Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Providing person-centered support to individuals in their daily activities, including personal care, cooking, and community engagement.

Encouraging and facilitating social interactions and relationships.

Assisting with medication management and health appointments.

Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service monitoring requirements.
This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, in a 24-hour service environment. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in your role.
