As a Male Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for those we support.

Role Overview: Male Support Worker

As a Male Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered support to individuals in their daily activities, including personal care, cooking, and community engagement.

  • Encouraging and facilitating social interactions and relationships.

  • Assisting with medication management and health appointments.

  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service monitoring requirements.

This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, in a 24-hour service environment. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in your role.
