About the Role:
We’re hiring a Replenishment Manager to lead the availability and standards of our store. In this vital role, you’ll ensure every department is stocked, legal, safe, and set up to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll report to the Store Manager and help lead store-wide operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full store availability and commercial standards

Lead and support store teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

Plan in-store promotions and seasonal events

Manage people routines including scheduling, absence, and performance

Train and develop colleagues across multiple departments

Build strong internal relationships across store operations

Motivate teams to hit targets and deliver with purpose

Take a leadership role and drive store performance
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience managing teams in fast-paced environments (retail, hospitality, or service sectors)

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to adapt to change and influence effectively

Strong problem-solving and planning abilities
-
A customer-first mindset and a team-focused attitude

Full UK driving licence (required)
