Management Trainee

Job Description

We are a fast-growing, family-led decorating contractor known for quality and reliability. We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to support our growth across new build, residential, and commercial projects. This role offers hands-on training in logistics, labour coordination, estimating, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Labour Management: Assist in organising labour across multiple sites.
  • Site Coordination: Support with quoting, site setup, and planning.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients, site teams, and suppliers.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, variations, and snagging.
  • Commercial Skills: Learn costings, applications, and invoicing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and common sense.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in construction or decorating (preferred).
  • Full UK driving licence (or near completion).
