We are a fast-growing, family-led decorating contractor known for quality and reliability. We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to support our growth across new build, residential, and commercial projects. This role offers hands-on training in logistics, labour coordination, estimating, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labour Management: Assist in organising labour across multiple sites.
- Site Coordination: Support with quoting, site setup, and planning.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients, site teams, and suppliers.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, variations, and snagging.
- Commercial Skills: Learn costings, applications, and invoicing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and common sense.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in construction or decorating (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence (or near completion).
