Position Summary:
VIZIO is seeking a results-oriented Manager, Acquisition Sales – Media & Entertainment to join our growing Ad Sales team. In this quota-carrying role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through both inbound lead conversion and proactive outbound prospecting. You will position VIZIO’s media and data solutions to key players in the media and entertainment advertising industry, helping clients achieve measurable outcomes through our advanced, data-driven offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed individual revenue targets.

Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and client-direct decision-makers.

Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within the media and entertainment sectors.

Act as a trusted consultant, understanding client needs and offering customized VIZIO advertising and data solutions.

Partner closely with Account Managers to retain, renew, and upsell existing client accounts.

Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast performance, and track progress against goals.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
Required Qualifications:

Proven success in a sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.

Strong existing network in the agency and client-direct media community.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for sales tracking and forecasting.

Ability to build tailored sales collateral and deliver persuasive messaging.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in advertising sales or media platforms.

Familiarity with digital and data-driven media solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $96,000 – $186,000 annually

Bonuses: Eligible for performance-based annual or quarterly bonuses

Equity: Additional stock-based compensation may be available
