Required Experience & Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of experience managing health & welfare benefits in complex organizations
✔ Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
✔ Strong project management, prioritization, and follow-through abilities
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Program Management & Development
- Oversee the administration and enhancement of U.S. health & welfare programs, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
- Develop global resources and tools to support physical, mental, and financial well-being
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to required filings and compliance documents
🔹 Engagement & Strategy
- Leverage data to monitor engagement in health, welfare, and well-being initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote benefits and drive engagement
- Manage on-site and near-site health coaches and develop strategies to support associate wellness
🔹 Financial & Compliance Oversight
- Conduct financial and data analyses to support U.S. and global benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory filings, disclosures, and documentation, including SPDs, SBCs, HIPAA, Medicare, and DOL requirements
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary Range: $93,400 – $115,400 annually
