Overview
Michigan Farm Bureau is seeking a Manager, Brand and Content Marketing to lead the creation, curation, and distribution of compelling content that elevates our brand and engages our members. This role is central to shaping brand perception, driving organizational goals, and ensuring consistent storytelling across digital and print platforms.
As the steward of our voice and image, you will collaborate across teams to align content with strategic priorities, analyze performance, and refine messaging for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

Brand Voice & Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand messaging, ensuring clarity and alignment across all touchpoints.

Creative Collaboration: Partner with the Manager of Print & Digital Design to uphold brand standards and ensure visual/verbal consistency.

Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver content for campaigns, events, and member initiatives.

Analytics & Insights: Leverage data and analytics tools to measure performance, identify trends, and adjust strategy for stronger outcomes.

Storytelling & Engagement: Work with communications, creative, digital, and membership teams to deliver cohesive, engaging narratives.

Strategic Guidance: Serve as an advisor on content and brand best practices to internal partners and leadership.

Editorial Oversight: Manage the content calendar and editorial workflow across teams and platforms.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience).

Minimum 3 years of management experience.

Strong ability to collaborate with staff, agents, managers, vendors, and leadership.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:

Experience with Database and CRM systems.
