Job Summary

The Manager, Brand Cost will partner with Brand Marketing, Brand Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to drive profitable growth and optimize cost structures. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Brand Cost L&D, this role plays a key part in supporting new product development, analyzing cost drivers, and providing insights that influence executive decision-making. Ideal candidates are proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide costing support for new product development in partnership with Brand Marketing, Brand Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain Finance teams.

  • Utilize costing models to consolidate data for projects such as new launches and make-vs-buy decisions.

  • Track and analyze metrics to improve decision-making and profitability.

  • Assess year-over-year cost changes and provide insights into COGS impacts for top brands.

  • Partner with teams to manage E&O reserves and end-of-life inventory processes.

  • Deliver P&L analysis for brand segments and support financial reporting needs.

  • Drive process improvements and simplification across the Brand Cost team.

  • Handle ad hoc analysis and finance-related projects as needed.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

  • 4+ years of finance/accounting experience (CPG industry preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Excel, and Power BI.

  • Proven ability to influence and communicate across matrix organizations.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and presenting financial insights.

  • Action-oriented, resilient, collaborative, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
