 Paid Digital Marketing Manager – Role Overview

The Paid Digital Marketing Manager will be a hands-on expert who creates, manages, and scales high-performing campaigns across multiple paid digital channels. You’ll be responsible for budget allocation, campaign strategy, and continuous performance optimization to drive patient acquisition and improve ROI.


Key Responsibilities of a Paid Digital Marketing Manager

  • Campaign Management: Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen), Meta Ads, and other platforms.

  • Budget Allocation: Track and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly spend to maximize ROI.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze metrics to reduce CPA, increase conversions, and improve ROAS.

  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with content and creative teams on ad messaging and visuals.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests and incrementality testing to refine channel mix and bidding strategies.

  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver actionable performance reports and data-driven recommendations.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current on paid media trends and platform updates to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

  • 4+ years managing paid digital campaigns with proven ROI improvement.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) & Meta Ads Manager.

  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Looker.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or regulated industries.

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing strategies.

  • Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience, qualifications, and location).
