Your Role with the Company
As a Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Key responsibilities include:

Supervising, training, and coaching restaurant staff

Managing scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, and maintaining quality

Ensuring smooth operations and addressing any needs as directed by Senior Management
Background Profile

2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-casual or quick-service concepts with a focus on exceptional guest service

Required certifications: ServSafe and ABC Responsible Service of Alcohol

Strong floor presence and a genuine passion for hospitality

Enjoys working with people and demonstrates energy, attention to detail, and passion
