Introduction
Amerita is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee enterprise forecasting, OpEx management, and capital project financials in our growing home infusion therapy network. As a Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, develop forecasting models, and deliver executive-level financial insights. This remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with regional and pharmacy directors, enhancing their P&L ownership and presentation skills while contributing to Amerita’s strategic growth across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities of a Finance Manager
As a Finance Manager, you’ll lead the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and reporting functions while guiding teams to make data-driven financial decisions.

Lead and supervise monthly and quarterly forecasting processes for all branches and regions.

Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reports, Board decks, and commentary.

Support strategic and long-range planning through detailed financial modeling and ROI analysis.

Manage Oracle hierarchy to ensure accurate alignment of financial data across locations.

Build ROI-based recommendations for leadership to guide capital allocation and investment.

Develop and maintain branch-level performance dashboards, KPI reports, and variance analyses.

Collaborate with HR, IT, Sales, and Operations for accurate financial planning and reporting.

Coach and train Pharmacy and Regional Directors on P&L management and business performance.

Identify and support cost-saving initiatives and strategic projects with cross-functional teams.

Partner with accounting during the close process and assist with ad hoc reporting needs.

Manage and mentor 1–2 financial analysts to build a strong FP&A function.
Qualifications for Finance Manager
To excel as a Finance Manager, candidates must bring financial leadership, analytical expertise, and strategic insight.
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).

7–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience.

Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and OpEx management.

Advanced knowledge of Oracle, Adaptive, OfficeConnect, and Excel.

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated experience in capital project financials and ROI analysis.
Preferred:

Prior experience managing multi-location forecasts or healthcare operations.

Strong grasp of financial systems integration and process improvement.
