Job Details
The Manager of HR & Workforce Management Systems leads a team of 3–5 analysts, overseeing the daily operations of HR systems and Workforce Management (WFM) tools, including UKG Pro WFM and Workday. The role combines team leadership, hands-on system expertise, and process improvement initiatives to ensure HR and business functions operate efficiently. This position partners with Product, IT, and HR Support Center teams to identify pain points, implement solutions, and optimize processes across HR and organizational initiatives.
The role focuses on three key areas:

Team Engagement, Support, and Development – coaching, mentoring, and developing analysts for performance and growth.

Daily Operations Management – ensuring system modules function efficiently and provide excellent service.

Process Improvement Leadership – driving initiatives to enhance HR processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Compliance (10%) – Ensure adherence to policies, laws, regulations, and operating guidelines.

Design & Development (15%) – Build processes, tools, and reports to improve HR efficiency and innovation.

Problem Resolution (30%) – Implement solutions with communications, change management, and actionable insights.

Project Management (30%) – Lead projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery, focusing on associate experience and operational sustainability.

Team Development (15%) – Hire, onboard, mentor, evaluate, and build a results-driven team culture.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.

5+ years of relevant HR systems experience.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Age 18 or older.
Preferred Qualifications

3–5 years experience configuring, implementing, or supporting UKG Pro WFM or Workday backend tasks.

2+ years leadership experience with team management and talent development.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service.
