Job Details
As Manager, HR Shared Services, you will lead Stitch Fix’s centralized HR service delivery team, leveraging AI and automation to ensure efficient, consistent execution of core HR functions from hire to retire. You’ll shape the employee experience by designing and optimizing HR infrastructure, overseeing compliance, immigration, escalations, and data management, and driving continuous improvement in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and execute a Shared Services strategy, standardizing operations and leveraging technology for efficiency

Oversee core HR operations ensuring consistent and accurate delivery

Use data and stakeholder input to enhance processes and optimize technology
Program & Project Management:

Lead complex HR projects including system implementations and process improvements

Harness HR systems expertise (HRIS, ATS, HCM) for efficiency, data management, and adoption

Manage change through robust transition plans that foster employee engagement
Leadership & Communication:

Coach and develop HR team members for growth and impact

Lead and influence stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and success

Translate business objectives into actionable HR programs and services

Present complex data clearly and compellingly to stakeholders
Operational Excellence:

Use data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and inform HR strategy

Ensure HR systems and processes are compliant and audit-ready

Drive continuous improvement using market insights and best practices
Qualifications & Experience

7+ years in HR, Shared Services, or people-focused operational roles

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Expertise with HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Fountain, Looker, Qualtrics)

Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, change management, and HR transformation

Strong analytical, compliance, and risk management skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation in HR processes

Project management or change management certification (Lean, PMP, Prosci)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $93,000–$155,000 USD
