Position Overview

Comcast is seeking a strategic HR professional to support frontline employees and leaders across the Keystone Region in Residential and Comcast Business. This high-visibility, high-impact role is ideal for a collaborative problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at employee relations, and drives performance and engagement across teams.


Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to frontline teams, guiding managers and employees on policies, performance, and engagement.

  • Provide coaching, counseling, and support for employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

  • Partner with management to align HR strategies with business initiatives.

  • Oversee HR programs including recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, and performance management.

  • Recommend improvements to policies and procedures to maintain efficient HR services.

  • Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts.

  • Use AI tools and emerging HR technologies to improve HR processes and decision-making.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance employee experience and drive inclusion.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience).

  • Experience: 5–7 years in HR, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong expertise in employee and labor relations, HR business partnership, and employee engagement.

  • Excellent emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.

  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and variable schedules as required.
