Position Overview
Comcast is seeking a strategic HR professional to support frontline employees and leaders across the Keystone Region in Residential and Comcast Business. This high-visibility, high-impact role is ideal for a collaborative problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at employee relations, and drives performance and engagement across teams.
Core Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR partner to frontline teams, guiding managers and employees on policies, performance, and engagement.

Provide coaching, counseling, and support for employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

Partner with management to align HR strategies with business initiatives.

Oversee HR programs including recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, and performance management.

Recommend improvements to policies and procedures to maintain efficient HR services.

Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts.

Use AI tools and emerging HR technologies to improve HR processes and decision-making.

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance employee experience and drive inclusion.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience).

Experience: 5–7 years in HR, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Strong expertise in employee and labor relations, HR business partnership, and employee engagement.

Excellent emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.

Comfortable working nights, weekends, and variable schedules as required.
