Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, optimization, and performance of TE’s brand and product presence across digital platforms. This role blends strategy and execution to enhance user experience, drive engagement and conversions, and ensure brand consistency. It requires strong knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense industry, customer needs, electronic distribution, and competitive landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Web Strategy & Planning

Develop a comprehensive web strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.

Own the web roadmap and prioritize site features, functionality, and content.

Translate customer needs into engaging, optimized online experiences.
User Experience (UX) & Optimization

Partner with UX/UI designers, developers, and content creators.

Improve usability, accessibility, and customer journeys.

Conduct audits, user testing, and performance evaluations for continuous improvement.
Engagement & Conversion

Collaborate on SEO and content optimization.

Align messaging, visuals, and calls to action with campaigns.

Drive e-commerce and distributor partnership growth.

Adjust strategies using analytics and market trends.
Analytics & Performance Tracking

Define and monitor KPIs (traffic, bounce rate, conversions, etc.).

Use tools (Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Hotjar) for insights.

Deliver reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Technology & Platform Management

Manage CMS (Adobe Experience Manager).

Work with internal and external digital teams/vendors.

Ensure mobile responsiveness, site security, and performance.

Evaluate new tools to improve personalization and user experience.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Experience/Media, or related field.

12+ years in website strategy, digital marketing, or management.

Strong knowledge of UX principles, SEO, analytics, and CMS platforms.

Proven project management and cross-functional leadership.

Commercial and technical acumen with strong business sense.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and align vision with execution.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base Salary: $129,000 – $161,200 (varies by location/experience).

Total Compensation: Base + Incentives + Benefits.
