Web Strategy & Planning

Develop and maintain a web strategy aligned with business goals.

Translate customer needs into engaging online experiences.

Own and prioritize the web roadmap with cross-functional input.
User Experience & Optimization

Partner with UX/UI teams to improve usability and engagement.

Enhance site navigation, structure, and design for conversions.

Conduct audits, user testing, and continuous improvements.
Engagement & Conversion

Optimize content for SEO and performance.
-
Align messaging and visuals with brand campaigns.
-
Strengthen distributor partnerships and e-commerce presence.

Monitor trends and adjust strategies for relevance.
Analytics & Performance Tracking

Define KPIs (traffic, conversion, bounce rate, etc.).

Use tools (Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, Search Console).

Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Technology & Platforms

Manage CMS (Adobe Experience Manager).

Oversee integrations and platform enhancements.
-
Ensure site responsiveness, speed, and security.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

12+ years in website strategy/digital marketing.
-
Expertise in UX, SEO, analytics, CMS, and optimization tools.

Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
-
Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to thrive in a global, diverse, and fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base salary: $129,000 – $161,200 USD (varies by location & experience).

Total compensation = base + incentives + benefits.
-
