How You’ll Make an Impact
This role is responsible for in-depth analysis and monitoring of monthly close and forecast reports, identifying key variances, risks, and opportunities. It also plays a key role in the annual 3-year strategic planning and budgeting process, collaborating across teams on volume, pricing, and cost activities.
Additional responsibilities include:

Supporting Market Leads, Marketing Managers, and Sales teams with ad-hoc analysis, profit-driving initiatives, and risk assessments.

Leading financial aspects of commercialization projects for new products, flavors, and pack sizes, including pricing strategies, cost evaluations, and P&L development.

Providing financial insights for the Jelly Belly portfolio revamp, including SKU rationalization, pricing strategies, and innovation.

Preparing financial reports and presentations for Board, Market, and SteerCo meetings.

Assisting in integrating Jelly Belly data into Ferrara’s financial systems (SAP/Hana4 and EPM).
Skills for Success

4–6 years of financial experience, ideally in consumer packaged goods (CPG).

Strong knowledge of P&L fundamentals, finance, and accounting principles.

Experience in sales finance, pricing, and full P&L management is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP, EPM, or similar ERP systems.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and translate financial data into actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $99,600 – $139,440 annually.
