Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Resource Planning

Oversee daily data management staff operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Develop short- and long-term project resource plans.
-
Track KPIs and update senior leadership on project timelines and deliverables.
Documentation & Compliance
-
Prepare and review reports, protocols, SOPs, and summaries.
-
Compile lab data into required formats and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
-
Conduct quality checks and ensure accuracy in data tables, listings, and reports.
Process Improvement
-
Streamline and organize documentation workflows.
-
Collaborate with department leaders to improve processes.
-
Stay current with regulatory agency guidelines.
Training & Mentorship
-
Train and mentor staff on documentation procedures.
-
Provide performance evaluations and competency assessments.
-
Act as a departmental resource for expertise and guidance.
Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent academic/vocational qualification).
Experience
-
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
-
1+ year in a leadership role.
-
Knowledge of lab data systems such as LIMS, ELN, and SDMS.
Skills & Abilities
-
Strong knowledge of scientific and pharmaceutical terminology.

Experience with regulatory and data management procedures.
-
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
-
Strong proofreading, editorial, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead staff.
-
Clear understanding of GMP testing processes and challenges.
-
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with proprietary data.
Work Environment

Remote work with frequent interaction across diverse teams.

Regular use of computer systems and software applications.

Moderate mobility and ability to perform repetitive hand movements.

Must be detail-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
