Your Role
As the Marketing Program Manager for Vantive’s Digital Solutions, you will drive the planning, development, and execution of global marketing programs across our portfolio of digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Marketing, Product Marketing, therapy teams, regional marketing, clinical, and creative teams to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of marketing programs aligned with portfolio strategy and commercial goals.

Develop and maintain core marketing materials (brochures, solution briefs, case studies, videos, presentations, campaign assets).

Own content development calendar and asset library; ensure consistent updates across portfolio.

Support digital campaigns, including website content, social media, paid digital ads, and tracking metrics.

Coordinate localization and regional enablement efforts.

Manage vendor relationships for creative and content production.

Distribute internal communications such as newsletters, intranet articles, webinars, and emails.

Oversee creative briefs, project timelines, and asset version control.

Track and report marketing performance across channels; optimize initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Arts, or related field; MBA a plus.

3–5+ years of B2B marketing, program management, or content production experience (healthcare/MedTech preferred).

Strong project management skills in a global matrixed team.

Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and metrics (CMS, marketing automation platforms).

Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, video editing; strong eye for design.

PMP certification is a plus.
