Role Overview: Regional Sales & Marketing Manager (Nickel – Europe)
Join a leading Global Mining & Trading Firm in London as a Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for the Nickel business. In this role, you will drive the regional sales strategy for Europe and North America, maximizing value across the value chain and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership

Develop and implement the regional sales strategy for Europe and North America.

Support the Marketing & Sales Director in developing the global sales strategy.

Establish near to medium-term sales targets and plans.
Sales Performance Management

Achieve budgeted sales volume, netback performance, and working capital targets for the region.

Optimize the value of the sales book through strategic customer negotiations.

Design customer-specific sales/marketing solutions for various nickel products.
Customer Relationship Management

Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships.

Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues.

Collaborate with the sales operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Intelligence & Insights

Provide key insights into local and regional markets, suppliers, customers, and competitors.

Stay updated on industry trends, including developments in nickel, stainless steel, and specialty metals.
Candidate Profile: Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Metallurgy, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced qualifications are a plus.

5+ years of experience in marketing, trading, or sales of Nickel and related products.

Proven expertise in the stainless and specialty steel segment.

Strong understanding of nickel and stainless steel processing technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Analytical mindset with a focus on customer value optimization.
