About the Role
As Manager, Resource at Esquire, you’ll lead resource assignment, relationship management, and service quality within your office’s service area. Your role ensures the right partners are assigned to each job, driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance. This is a fast-paced position where proactive communication and data-driven decision-making are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Assign the most appropriate service partners (court reporters, videographers, interpreters, affiliates) to jobs based on performance metrics and margin targets.

Confirm affiliate coverage by noon and all other resources by 3 PM daily.

Monitor jobs in progress to ensure on-time delivery of transcripts, videos, and exhibits.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement remedial actions.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with service partners.

Provide education, performance feedback, and ongoing communication to partners.

Support onboarding of new partners and ensure use of the Service Partner Portal.

Serve as local support for partner-related issues, ensuring alignment with Esquire standards.

Model and promote Esquire’s values in every decision and interaction.
Qualifications
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills; ability to balance detail with strategic thinking.
Experience: 3+ years in scheduling, resource coordination, or client service (legal support/vendor management a plus).
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint); ability to quickly learn new systems.
Education: College degree preferred.
Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, client-focused, and effective under pressure.
