Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs) focused on net-new business for the SMB market. This hybrid role combines leadership, pipeline strategy, and hands-on sales execution. You will mentor, coach, and develop talent while driving revenue growth and creating scalable sales processes that deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development

Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives to build pipeline and close net-new business.

Coach reps on prospecting, calls, demos, closing strategies, and strategic deals.

Foster accountability, set clear performance expectations, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
Pipeline Strategy & Execution

Design and implement data-driven prospecting strategies targeting ideal customer profiles.

Partner with Marketing to align campaigns and maximize lead conversion.

Guide reps in prioritizing target accounts to improve conversion rates and sales velocity.
Coaching & Performance Management

Leverage sales data to identify coaching opportunities, track performance, and improve forecasting accuracy.

Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance check-ins.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize processes.

Play an active role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top talent.

Build a transparent, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
-
2–3+ years of SaaS sales management experience, with a proven track record in net-new business generation.

Minimum 2 years as a quota-carrying Account Executive in SaaS.

Strong analytical skills with Salesforce or similar CRM experience.

Expertise in modern sales methodologies and solution selling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.

Collaborative mindset with a relentless drive for results.
