- Holding regular check-ins with clients via email, phone, and Zoom to maintain strong communication

- Ensuring deadlines are met and projects move forward seamlessly
Required Skills and Experience for an Account Manager
- 3–5 years of proven Account Manager experience
- Strong professional communication and organizational skills
- Marketing experience with social media, email drip campaigns, and digital strategies
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices and keyword rankings
- Ability to oversee Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Google Ads campaigns
- Financial services industry experience (a plus)
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to respond to client needs effectively
- Availability for 1–3 hours per week of phone and Zoom meetings
