Infosys BPM Limited is looking for a Marketing Analyst (Process Specialist) to join our global marketing operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, troubleshooting, and activating marketing automation campaigns that meet the needs of our marketing teams. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and the Campaign Operations team to ensure timely, flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards.

  • Assist the technical team with design and development tasks using software lifecycle methodologies.

  • Conduct thorough QA testing before campaign activation.

  • Create and maintain IT project plans with tasks, milestone dates, resource allocation, and status updates.

  • Monitor active marketing automation campaigns, resolving errors promptly in collaboration with tech stack administrators.

  • Provide campaign and email performance reports on request.

  • Ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with campaign requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Cisco Security and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Basic:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst.

Preferred:

  • Strong communication skills to update stakeholders on campaign build status.

  • Experience defining campaign requirements and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and technical errors with integrations.

  • Understanding of lead generation flow, including capture, assignment, and conversion in Salesforce, to guide campaign strategy.

  • Experience working in a matrix environment with strong analytical and organizational skills.
