About the Role:

Bradfield College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing & Admissions Assistant to join our vibrant and forward-thinking team during a period of maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving our admissions and marketing efforts at one of the UK’s leading independent schools.

In this dynamic role, you’ll create compelling digital and print content, coordinate marketing campaigns, support open days and key events, and liaise with prospective parents and feeder prep schools. You’ll work closely with both the Marketing and Admissions departments to help deliver Bradfield’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Bradfield College’s social media platforms and website

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing and admissions events, such as open days

  • Assist in the development of printed marketing materials (e.g., banners, prospectuses, brochures, educational guides)

  • Liaise with prospective parents and feeder schools, providing a professional and welcoming experience

  • Maintain and update website content using CMS (e.g., WordPress)

  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment

  • Support the wider Admissions & Marketing teams with general administrative and project-based tasks

About You:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a marketing or communications role

  • Competency in using content management systems (e.g., WordPress)

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and scheduling tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Organised and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines

  • High level of IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable:

  • Experience working in the independent education sector or schools marketing

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
