Your Key Responsibilities
Channel Management
-
Regularly update the Kernow Health CIC website and internal SharePoint sites
-
Schedule and monitor posts across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.)
-
Respond to online engagement and ensure consistent brand voice
-
Distribute internal communications via email, newsletters, and team tools
Content Creation
-
Draft engaging blogs, newsletters, press releases, and social content
-
Design visuals and marketing materials using Canva (or similar)
-
Support promotional campaigns and events with tailored content
-
Ensure tone, visuals, and message align with brand guidelines
Internal Communications
-
Assist in creating and managing internal campaigns and updates
-
Help maintain and grow our SharePoint site as a staff resource
-
Share key updates from the Executive Team across all directorates
Performance & Data Insight
-
Track performance of all campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and email software
-
Produce regular reports with insights on KPIs, engagement, and reach
-
Support A/B testing, interpret data, and adjust strategies to improve impact
-
Maintain dashboards for performance transparency and decision-making
General Team Contributions

Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative working culture

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and data protection protocols
Who We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements

1–2 years’ experience in marketing or communications
-
Proven understanding of social media management and strategy
-
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
-
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
-
Able to work independently, managing multiple projects from start to finish
-
Organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
Desirable Attributes

Experience with SharePoint or internal communication tools

Familiarity with healthcare or public service communications
-
Data-driven mindset and ability to use analytics tools effectively
