Marketing & Sales Events Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the planning, contract management, setup, and execution of local events such as boat shows, sales events, and member gatherings.
  • Coordinate with event stakeholders, team members, and brand leadership to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.

Event Tracking & Performance Analysis:

  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming events, monitor event performance, and assess activation needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for future events.

Promotion Activation:

  • Implement monthly promotional campaigns across email, social media, and text messaging.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand alignment across all channels.

Content Development & Distribution:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, point-of-sale collateral, and promotional assets in accordance with brand guidelines.

Stakeholder & Brand Communications:

  • Maintain and refine communication processes as needed.
  • Support regional team meetings and strategic planning efforts.

Budget & Invoice Management:

  • Review and track marketing invoices within the assigned region, ensuring proper documentation and budget adherence.

Additional Marketing Support:

  • Contribute to various marketing initiatives, providing fresh ideas for business growth and optimization.
  • Develop playbooks to document processes for consistency and efficiency across regions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience with strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Adaptability to non-traditional work schedules, including evenings and weekends for event support.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A growth mindset with a desire to advance within the organization.
  • Experience in bringing products to market for leading brands.
  • Background in both agency and corporate environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with matrix organizations is advantageous.
