We’re a fast-growing, highly-rated lawn care and landscaping company looking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Lead Generation Specialist. This role combines digital marketing, sales support, and creative content to help drive leads, support growth, and maintain excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Follow up promptly with inbound leads and provide outstanding customer service.

Run outbound lead generation campaigns via email, phone, DMs, and cold outreach.

Post regularly on social media and Nextdoor to maintain top-of-mind awareness.

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook.

Collaborate with vendors on design or create your own marketing materials.

Run direct mail campaigns and track responses.

Edit estimates, sales documents, and other marketing assets.

Take photos and short videos at jobsites for content creation.

Coordinate with the sales team to support follow-up and close deals.

Track and report lead metrics, conversion rates, and marketing performance.
Qualifications

Positive, coachable, and self-motivated attitude (A+ attitude).

Strong tech skills; ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Comfortable with social media, Canva, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Confident written and verbal communicator.

Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.

Self-starter, excited to own results and grow with the team.
