Sales Opportunity – Help Bring Mindfulness to UK Workplaces
We’re seeking an experienced and confident Freelance Sales Consultant to help secure contracts for our Mindfulness Coaching Programmes—aimed at supporting employee wellbeing in progressive UK businesses and institutions.
This is a flexible, remote, commission-based role, ideal for someone looking to work part-time while making a positive impact. Whether you’re retired, on maternity leave, or between careers, this opportunity offers a meaningful and rewarding challenge.
Key Responsibilities

Identify suitable client organisations (e.g., companies focused on employee wellbeing or Investors In People participants)

Reach out to key decision-makers within these businesses

Present the benefits of mindfulness programmes to employees and employers

Explain our range of coaching courses clearly and persuasively

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
What We’re Looking For

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confidence in engaging with senior-level stakeholders

Background in B2B sales or consultative selling

Interest or background in well-being, coaching, or mindfulness (preferred)

Self-motivated and able to work independently
