About the Role:

We are looking for a part-time, commission-based Sales Executive to join our team and lead business development efforts in securing new clients for our mindfulness coaching sessions. Your role will focus on reaching out to businesses and institutions that are actively investing in the well-being of their workforce—such as those involved in the Investors In People programme.

This role is ideal for someone with previous B2B sales experience who is looking for flexible, purposeful work—perhaps a retiree wanting to stay active in the field, or a professional on a career break, such as during maternity or sabbatical leave. The position is remote, with flexible hours and the autonomy to manage your own pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target companies, particularly medium and large enterprises with an established focus on employee development and mental health.

  • Find and approach the right decision-makers, such as HR Directors or Well-being Leads, using phone, email, or networking.

  • Clearly communicate the personal and business benefits of mindfulness coaching, backed by data and case studies.

  • Present and promote the full range of coaching programmes, adapting the pitch to suit the client’s needs.

  • Maintain professional relationships and actively follow up to close sales and nurture long-term partnerships.

  • Keep detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and sales activity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to approach senior professionals

  • A self-starter with the ability to manage your own time and sales pipeline

  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills

  • A genuine interest in mindfulness, well-being, or personal development is highly desirable

  • Comfortable working independently, remotely, and occasionally traveling for meetings or events (up to 25%)

  • Tech-savvy enough to use basic CRM systems, email, and virtual meeting tools

Qualifications & Preferences:

  • Certificate of Higher Education or above (preferred)

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience (preferred)

  • UK work authorisation required

  • Availability for limited travel within the UK
