Now, we’re looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to power the systems behind our creative operations and help us scale with structure and purpose.
About the Role
As our Part-Time Marketing Assistant, you’ll become the operational backbone of our creative and marketing team. You’ll manage content pipelines, coordinate projects across internal and external teams, and help bring creative campaigns to life—from concept to launch.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves blending creativity with structure. You’ll work closely with our founder and creative talent, with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership role.
What You’ll Do as Marketing Assistant
Team & Project Management

Assign tasks and manage timelines in ClickUp for our video editing team

Keep ClickUp boards up-to-date and aligned with launches & promos

Monitor progress, review deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met

Optimize workflows and content pipelines for creative efficiency
Marketing Strategy & Execution

Join calls with influencers & ambassadors to brainstorm content strategy

Assist in building marketing briefs, storyboards, and ad scripts

Provide editors with detailed instructions that match platform specs

Plan for holidays and seasonal campaigns with marketing foresight
Creative Coordination

Review social visuals, email banners, and ad assets for quality and alignment

Sync product drops and promos with ad schedules and posting timelines

Act as liaison between the design team and marketing calendar
Influencer & Vendor Collaboration

Manage influencer campaigns via Insense: briefs, budgets, approvals

Lead calls with photographers, UGC creators, and external vendors

Represent the brand in collaborative meetings with content partners
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, creative operations, or project management

Knowledge of paid media, influencer marketing, and digital strategy

Clear and confident communicator (written + verbal)

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and excellent at managing cross-functional teams

Proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments

Comfortable on Zoom, in client-facing conversations, and giving creative feedback
Bonus Points For Marketing Assistant

Experience using ClickUp, Canva, Google Workspace, Shopify, or Atria

Familiarity with Insense, Meta Ads Manager, or ad scripting tools

Prior experience with an eCommerce or DTC brand
