About the Marketing Associate Role
The Marketing Associate plays a key role in developing and deploying omnichannel campaigns across organic and paid platforms. You’ll work closely with the Head of Social Media and cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage community engagement, and maintain the brand’s voice across all platforms. From content scheduling and event coverage to reporting and optimization, you’ll help ensure campaigns are impactful, timely, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate
- Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns (organic and paid).
- Write copy, capture content, and collaborate with design/videography teams.
- Manage community engagement: monitor comments, DMs, and mentions daily.
- Maintain and schedule outbound content calendars.
- Capture live content at events (photos, videos, stories).
- Coordinate with agent influencers and marketing partners.
- Support campaign reporting and recommend optimization strategies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound creative requests.
- Help develop and maintain social and brand process guides.
Qualifications for Marketing Associate
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in content management, creative writing, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing principles and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with marketing/automation tools (or ability to learn quickly).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with a creative mindset.

Work Environment & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (9 a.m.–5 p.m.) with occasional evenings/weekends.
- Professional office environment with standard office equipment.
- Mostly sedentary role with light lifting (up to 30 lbs.) occasionally required.
