Marketing Campaign Manager Role Overview
As part of Delinea’s marketing team, you will execute North America demand generation campaigns for a key product line. You will design outbound programs such as email campaigns, webinars, and digital promotions while improving lead flow through nurturing strategies. Reporting to a Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to build timelines, keep programs on track, and analyze performance to uncover repeatable success.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Campaign Manager

Execute demand generation campaigns that support pipeline and revenue goals.

Use analytics and performance insights to optimize campaigns for higher-quality leads and better conversion rates.

Build and maintain project plans using modern project management tools (Asana preferred).

Coordinate across teams — writers, designers, digital, social, and operations — to meet deadlines and deliver impactful campaigns.

Track campaign performance and provide reporting to marketing leadership with actionable insights.

Proactively identify opportunities and roadblocks to improve marketing efficiency and results.
Qualifications — Marketing Campaign Manager
Minimum Requirements

3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in campaign management, demand generation, or program execution.

Background in fast-paced technology or SaaS companies preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong ability to execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines.

Solid understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and funnel optimization.

Results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Experience with tools like Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, or SalesLoft is a plus.
