Senior Director, Marketing Communications – Benefit Cosmetics
Overview: This role will lead social media strategy, digital influencer relationships, PR, and content initiatives to strengthen Benefit Cosmetics’ brand presence in the US. The Senior Director will enhance brand awareness and engagement through influencer partnerships, social media, and PR, while overseeing content creation and strategy, with a focus on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to boost brand awareness and drive earned exposure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance acquisition and engagement across social platforms.
- Lead influencer event activations and collaborate with the Global and US marketing teams.
- Manage social content planning and calendar across all platforms, focusing on TikTok.
- Oversee teams handling PR, social strategy, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Foster relationships with key influencers, media, and other opinion leaders.
- Drive innovation in influencer marketing, PR, and social media strategy.
- Propose disruptive partnerships and campaigns for product launches.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of brand marketing or social media experience with a focus on influencer marketing.
- Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills.
- Deep knowledge of digital trends and social media platforms.
- Experience with platform analytics tools.
Location & Salary:
- Hybrid work (onsite presence required weekly at Benefit office).
- Salary range: $195,000 – $225,000 annually (based on experience and location).
