Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to lead and evolve our brand voice across all customer-facing channels. This is the perfect role for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves storytelling, and is passionate about content strategy and email marketing.

In this role, you’ll own our organic email program, shape messaging for integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborate closely with digital, creative, and ecommerce teams to ensure alignment, engagement, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Messaging

  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s tone across all customer touchpoints

  • Ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout web, email, print, and social channels

Email Marketing

  • Plan, write, and execute the organic email marketing calendar and campaigns

  • Own KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and layouts to optimize performance

Content Creation

  • Write compelling, on-brand content for campaigns, web pages, product stories, social media, and print materials

  • Support cross-functional projects with creative messaging that connects and converts

Campaign Collaboration

  • Partner with creative, digital, and ecommerce teams to develop unified campaign narratives and taglines

  • Deliver content that supports marketing strategies and business goals

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report email campaign performance with insights and recommendations

  • Monitor content effectiveness and adjust strategies to boost engagement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing communications or content-focused role

  • Proven track record in email marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign copywriting

  • Experience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and analytics tools

  • Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Strong time management, project coordination, and organizational skills

  • Highly collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury retail, home furnishings, or lifestyle brands

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices

  • Background in content strategy or editorial planning

Working Conditions

This is an onsite position in a professional office setting. The role involves regular use of office technology such as laptops, smartphones, and collaboration tools.
