Job Purpose
We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to lead and refine our brand voice across all customer-facing channels. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for content strategy, and knows how to craft compelling stories that drive engagement—especially through email marketing.
You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with the creative, digital, and eCommerce teams to execute campaigns that elevate our brand, deliver performance, and foster meaningful customer connections.
Essential Responsibilities
Own and Evolve Brand Voice

Maintain and evolve consistent brand tone and messaging across all channels

Act as a brand voice champion in all internal and external content
Email Marketing

Plan, write, and manage the organic email marketing calendar and campaigns

Track and optimize performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)

A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and layouts to improve engagement
Content Generation

Create on-brand copy for web, social, product storytelling, print, and more

Support integrated marketing campaigns with high-impact content
Campaign Messaging

Partner with designers and digital teams to develop campaign messaging and taglines

Shape narratives that align with the brand and resonate with target audiences
Performance & Reporting

Analyze organic email performance and provide actionable insights

Track content effectiveness across channels and adjust strategy as needed
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in marketing communications or a content-focused role

Proven success writing for brand storytelling, campaigns, and email marketing

Familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar

Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills

Excellent organizational and project management abilities

Highly collaborative and detail-oriented with a creative mindset
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail, home furnishings, or lifestyle brands

Working knowledge of SEO best practices
