Salary: £32,000 – £34,000

Location: Hybrid (20% in-office)

Role Summary: Sage is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Communications Executive to join our Library Marketing team. This role involves coordinating and implementing targeted marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and driving brand awareness among library users and researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage designated email campaigns, including scheduling, data briefing, copywriting, editing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Ops team on campaign execution and with Product Marketing Managers on strategy and targeting.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activity and recommend improvements to Sage’s campaigns.
  • Create and edit web pages to support marketing initiatives.
  • Support digital advertising campaigns as required.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Sage’s brand voice and objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing communications, including creating campaign copy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with digital advertising and content management is a plus.
